Madeleine McKay Arber is Simetrica-Jacob’s principal behavioural scientist with extensive experience in designing and implementing surveys and intervention programmes. She has worked extensively on projects linked to the valuation of arts, culture, and heritage, including for clients such as the Arts Council England, the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and Historic England. She provides expert insight for clients, such as the NHS, in designing and delivering employee wellbeing and engagement programmes targeted at increasing staff satisfaction and wellbeing. Madeleine holds an undergraduate degree in psychological science from the Australian Catholic University and obtained her PhD from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.
